
DAGENHAM & REDBRIDGE TRIALS DAY NEWS...
Sunday 11th March 2012, FootballCV Trials headed down to Essex and to NPower League Two side Dagenham & Redbridge FC.
Champions League finalists Chelsea sent along a scout to cast his eye over the trials matches and was suitably impressed with four players. These included a Goalkeeper and a Right Wing Back from the Over 18's and a Goalkeeper and a Left Wing Back from the Under 18's age group. The scout is now speaking to his many contacts he has at different levels of the game with a view to him recommending them for further trials.
NPower Championship side Ipswich Town attended the trials day and were impressed with the standard of players on show with them requesting further details on five players in total from the differing age groups. A Goalkeeper from the Over 18's, a Forward and Left Wing Back from the Under 18's and two Central Midfielder's from the Under 14's have had their CV's passed on.
NPower League Two side Gillingham also reaped the benefits of attending the FootballCV Trials Day, highlighting six players in total from the event. Three players from the Over 18's, one from the Under 18's, one from Under 16's and another from the Under 14's age groups caught the eye of the 'The Gills' scout and further details have now been sent to him on all of them.
A London based Bradford City scout also attended the event and highlighted five players from the day who are of interest to the club. A Goalkeeper and Right Wing Back from the Over 18's, Goalkeeper as well as a Forward from the Under 18's and a Central Defender from the Under 16's have all had their details sent through to the scout. He is now looking to watch the players playing for their club side's with a view to offering further trials with the NPower League Two side.
