Membership
All the information contained in your CV will be released on the internet under footballcv.com EXCEPT your address and telephone numbers. This is to ensure complete confidentiality. footballcv.com does not intend to act as an agent in negotiations. Our business is only to put you and club together. We will make every effort to ensure all enquiries are genuine before we release any players address and telephone number.
I agree to footballcv.com releasing my personal details on the internet and to football clubs they approve. I understand they will not release details of my home address and telephone numbers until they have my prior approval.
I agree to receive email offers and newsletters from FootballCV and its partners. I can unsubscribe from receiving newsletters at any time I choose.

I accept no refund can be given for my registration fee during the initial 12 month period. However I understand I can cancel my registration at any time after the initial 12 month period by contacting footballcv.com in writing.
Cancellations
Should footballcv.com have to cancel the trials (i.e. due to weather), footballcv.com will not be responsible for any costs incurred (i.e. for accommodation or travel), however in the event of a cancellation footballcv.com will endeavor to contact you. We will always refund in full all booking fees or offer alternative dates or venues if an event is cancelled by us.
Refunds
I understand I will only receive a refund for bookings if I inform footballcv.com of a cancellation 5 full working days before the event and that 50% of the booking fee will be deducted. No refunds will be given if cancelled less than 5 full working days before the event.
Delivery of goods
For merchandise orders FootballCV only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom and the European Union. Please note that delivery charges do not apply to subscriptions and event bookings.
For UK deliveries:
- Orders over £75 delivery is free of charge
- Orders unders £75 delivery is £2.50 per order
For EU deliveries:
- Delivery charge of £12.50 for all orders
FootballCV will notify you by way of email when your goods are to be dispatched to you. The message will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to any reasons for a delay in the delivery of the Goods purchased by you. If Footballcv.com Ltd receives no communication from you, within 14 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods in full working order and with no problems.
Returns Policy
Footballcv.com Ltd aims to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
- If you receive Goods which do not match those that you ordered, unless accompanied by an explanatory note detailing the changes, stating reasons for the changes and setting out your options, you should contact us within 10 days to arrange collection and return. Footballcv.com Ltd is not responsible for paying shipment costs. You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned Goods.
- If any Goods you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, you should contact Footballcv.com Ltd within 28 days to arrange collection and return. Footballcv.com Ltd is not responsible for paying shipment costs. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods.
- If any Goods develop faults within their warranty period, you are entitled to a repair or replacement under the terms of that warranty.
- If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. In any event, you should report such damage to Footballcv.com Ltd within 10 days and arrange collection and return. Footballcv.com Ltd is not responsible for paying shipment costs. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods.
- You have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period. This period begins once your order is complete and ends 7 working days after the Goods have been delivered. If you change your mind about the goods within this period, please return them to Footballcv.com Ltd within 7 working days of receipt. You are responsible for paying shipment costs if Goods are returned for this reason.
- If you wish to return Goods to Footballcv.com Ltd for any of the above reasons, please contact us using the details on www.footballcv.com/football/contact/ to make the appropriate arrangements.
- Footballcv.com Ltd reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these Terms and Conditions. Factors which may be taken into account in the exercise of this discretion include, but are not limited to: (a) Any use or enjoyment that you may have already had out of the Goods; (b) Any characteristics of the Goods which may cause them to deteriorate or expire rapidly; (c) The fact that the Goods consist of audio or video recordings or computer software and that the packaging has been opened; (d) Any discounts that may have formed part of the purchase price of the Goods to reflect any lack of quality made known to the Customer at the time of purchase.
Travel and Accommodation
footballcv.com is unable to help with the arranging of any travel, accommodation, visa’s etc. We will send directions and offer advice but all costs involved must be covered by yourselves.
Treatment
I also give consent for footballcv.com to give treatment to myself/son should the need arise whilst participating in any events and agree to indemnify and hold FootballCV.com and their employees/ partners harmless for any costs and expenses suffered or incurred as a result of any treatment received.
Possessions/Kit
I understand I am responsible for my own possessions that I bring with me on the day. I am also responsible for the football kit provided for me and if it is not returned in full I accept I will be charged for a replacement.
Filming/Photography
I agree that by registering for the trial I give my consent to being filmed or photographed for the purposes of producing audio/visual material for inclusion in any future footballcv.com publicity material.
Health/Medical
You must inform footballcv.com of any condition you may suffer from which could affect you and/or other players. (e.g. asthma). You must not be taking any medication or receiving any medical treatment which may put you or any other person at risk during the trial.
Insurance
Participants may wish to seek your own personal accident insurance to cover your involvement in the event. In any case, you acknowledge by attending the event that playing football and training for it are potentially hazardous activities and that you accept the risk of injury that surrounds these activities. We suggest you take out private insurance for such circumstances if you wish to protect yourself.
I hereby state that I understand that I participate in the Trials Day or any other FootballCV event at my own risk, and (if under 16) have the consent of my parents/legal guardian.
