THE SUCCESS JUST KEEPS ON COMING FOR FCV MEMBERS!

During a busy period of great trial day's all over the county, a large amount of FootballCV member's have received interest from the attending scouts representing clubs from professional and semi professional level.

At the trials day at Griffin Park, home of Brentford FC, the attending scouts were very impressed with the standard of players on show. Brentford FC themselves contacted FootballCV after the event and requested we pass their contact number on to an Over 18's Goalkeeper. The same goalkeeper also recieved interest from Conference Premier side Cambridge United, and has now had a contact number of the scout passed on.

The trial days held in the Manchester area at Oldham Athletic FC and Blackburn Rovers FC allowed players to showcase their talent in front of a number of clubs including Manchester United and Manchester City. Following the events, a Central Defender from the Under 18's age group has been on trial with newly promoted NPower League Two side Fleetwood Town FC. Two players from the Over 18's age group, four players from the Under 18's and two players from the Under 16's game's also attracted interest on the day's, this time from Conference Premier side, Hyde FC. The scout requested further details of the players and then went on to invite them in for pre-season training at the club.

Leicester City FC have really reaped the benefits of sending scouts to the trial day's all over the country. The club attending the events at Brentford, Oldham Athletic and Blackburn Rovers and from these three events invited a number of players to attend further trials at the Chamionship club. A Central Midfielder and a Central Defender from the Under 18's age group and a Left Centre Back, Central Midfielder and a Forward from the Under 16's age group all received the call from FootballCV to pass on the scouts number and arrange details of their trials.
