Footballcv have joined forces with the elite Paramount Fitness instructors to deliver a unique one day fitness training event that is tailored to footballers. We will whip you into shape and give you some great ideas on how to stay in top physical condition that will help you beat your football competition.
Modern football requires players to follow a specialised fitness program to get them into the highest level of fitness. Rigorous training, including the correct cardiovascular exercise and strength training workouts make up part of the professional footballers regime. What better way to tone up and get ready for football than to spend a day with a group of like minded footballers and learn from a professional corrective exercise specialist, strength conditioning coach on the best physical fitness program you should follow.
The day will include: Expectations and benefits, speed agility and push & pull tests. Education seminar, the correct nutrition education for football pre-match, advise, post match, benefits of strength training, bleep test, scorecards. More….
In addition everyone attending the Footballcv bootccamp will receive a free e-newsletter from fitness guru Lee Cooper, Paramount Fitness owner and highly qualified fitness instructor. The email will be sent once a month on how to keep fit and stay fit for football.
