
GRAHAM STARMER | MANAGING DIRECTOR
One of the founders and directors of footballcv.com since its inception in 2000 and has been instrumental in the company establishing itself as the UK’s market leader in organising football trials and setting up the first private football academy.
Having worked in football for over 15 years became Vice-Chairman of Corby Town Football Club in 2011. Also Managing Director of Burndine Sales and Services, a family business whose main activity is business and management consultancy and is also involved in property management and investment.

DAVID MALLINGER | DIRECTOR OF NORTH AMERICAN OPERATIONS
A Director of footballcv.com since 2001. Having been based in North America for twenty years became more involved in the UK operation of the business in 2011.
Managing Director of Turnstile Ltd distributors of sporting goods and outdoor toy sectors in the UK and via third party distributors world-wide. Inventor of the Kickmaster soccer brand.

TOM FEHLER | EVENTS MANAGER
Tom joined the company in April 2009. He has previously achieved a BA (Hons) in Sport and Leisure Studies at Leeds Metropolitan University. He has his Level One F.A Coaching qualification, Emergency Aid Certificate, Child Protection Certificate and is fully CRB checked. Tom will be present at many FootballCV events and oversees the LFE and Samsung projects.

KERRY GOODALL | ADMINISTRATOR
Kerry obtained a BSc Degree in Sport and Exercise Science at York St John University before joining FootballCV in the Summer of 2012.
Kerry has coaching experience with various children’s sports teams and is a keen footballer.

HEAD COACH | IAN SAMPSON
Ian Sampson, who led Northampton Town to their famous Carling Cup victory away at Liverpool in 2010, joined as Head Coach in July 2012.
Sampson ‘s playing career included spells at Sunderland, Spurs and then 449 games for Northampton Town.
As manager of the ‘Cobblers’ in the Second Division from 2009 – 2011 he took a young squad to 11th position and introduced young players such as Michael Jacobs who has since moved to Derby County. Previous to this from 2004 he was Head of Youth and Assistant Manager before landing the First Team Manager’s position.
His tenure included picking up the ‘Manager of the Month’ award in February 2010 and leading the club to their most famous victory in their history when they knocked out Liverpool at Anfield after a tense penalty shoot-out.

WAYNE HATSWELL | COACH
Wayne has been a professional footballer for 13 years. His previous clubs include; Oxford United, Dundalk (Assistant Manager), Cambridge United, Newport County (Player/Coach), Rushden & Diamonds, Kidderminster Harriers, Chester City and Forest Green Rovers. Wayne had the honour to captain the England ‘C’ Team to victory in the Four Nations Tournament hosted in Wales in May 2008.
Wayne is a UEFA A-Licence qualified Coach and possesses his Level 2 ‘Coach Educator’ award. He is also a member of the FA Licensed Coaches Club holding certificates in first aid and safeguarding children as well as an enhanced CRB disclosure. With many years of Youth/Development Squad experience he has also coached at Arsenal Soccer Schools to children aged 5-15 years as well as overseeing the development of the Soccer School in the Wiltshire area.

RICHARD SCOTT | COACH
Richard began his playing career at Birmingham City before spells at numerous clubs including Peterborough United, Shrewsbury Town and Stevenage Borough amongst others. Since his playing days Richard has gained his UEFA 'B' Coaching Badge along with the FA's SAQ Certificate, First Aid and CRB. He has run soccer schools for several years now.

PETE WILSON | ASSISTANT
Pete is an experienced Level 5 referee, with over 20 years experience officiating both youth and senior level football matches. Pete has been with FootballCV for a number of years, assisting in areas such as pre-match warm-up's and match day programme sales. Pete is fully CRB checked and holds a current Emergency Aid certificate.

CHRIS PALMER | PHYSIOTHERAPIST
A qualified Sports Therapist and Sports Masseur, having trained at the 'Medical Centre of Excellence' at Lilleshall before going on to gain a degree in 'Sports Therapist' at Salford University. He has worked in the sports injury/rehabilitation departments at a number of both professional and semi professional football clubs, such as Cambridge City, Luton Town, Norwich City, Kettering Town, Rushden & Diamonds and Spalding United.
Chris is also a qualified football coach, currently undertaking his UEFA 'B' licence coaching badge.

MATT BELL | KIT MAN
Matthew is a talented athlete who has represented Great Britain and England in international hammer throwing events. He is fully CRB checked and holds a current Emergency Aid certificate and will manage all playing kit requirements at FootballCV events.

CHRIS RIVETT | ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Self taught as a web developer and journalist, Chris is a member of the International Sports Press Association, the British Sports Journalists' Association, the Football Writers' Association and the UK Web Design Association and has been providing consultancy support to FootballCV since 2002. He has won several awards for his work on websites and publications and is the managing director of Final Third Sports Media, who specialise in the development and management of websites in the sports and leisure industry from their offices in England and Australia.
Chris was once the youngest director of a football club in England at Corby Town and has also been chairman of Stamford Association Football Club, he holds a number of independent and non-executive directorships for private businesses and national organisations in the sport industry.
