UK Based Players

Booking fees for UK based players will be £100 and will cater for players aged 18 and over. There are limited places available for members from the UK. Members must please note that all flights, accommodation and other travel costs must be covered by themselves.

US Based Players

Booking fees for US based players will be $200 US Dollars (approx. £100) and will cater for players aged 16, 17 and 18 years plus. Payments can be made by credit card your card details are handled by 'WorldPay', who are very secure and safeguard your account details to prevent abuse from outsiders. Venue - College Of The Canyons

The venue secured for our www.soccertrialsusa.com event on Saturday 9th August 2008 will be at ‘College of the Canyons’, Santa Clarita, California.

The 7,500 seater ‘Cougar Stadium’ soccer facility is second-to-none in the Los Angeles area, and players will be able to perform on a newly constructed ‘3rd generation’ artificial grass pitch. The advantage of using this type of pitch is that it provides high levels of comfort and safety for players and a very consistent level of soccer performance in relation to varying weather conditions.

Important Information

Each trial will be a full-sided 50 minute game for each age group (2 x 25 minutes). This gives the scouts ample time to assess each player and enabling them to make a decision as to whether they wanted to see more in the environment of their own soccer organization.

Prior to each trial game players will have a 30 minute coaching and warm-up session with fully qualified coaches including coaching from a top Premiership club.

The trials will be held in the evening from 5pm to avoid the hot temperatures.

Invitations will be sent to all MLS soccer clubs and organizations, US colleges plus there will be representatives from several Premiership soccer organizations from the UK.

When you book for a Trials Day the drop-down list will only show the positions that are still available. If your position isn’t shown it means it has been booked. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND MEMBERS BOOK EARLY TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT. All bookings are taken on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

Soccer Trials USA will confirm your booking and will also send you a Terms and Conditions form that must be signed and returned to us before participating in the trials. You will then receive all instructions, times and directions 10-14 days prior to the Trials Day. What to bring on the day etc. will also be sent to you.

Soccer Trials USA would contact you immediately a soccer organization registered their interest in you. This is normally within 1-2 weeks of the Trials Day but can sometimes be longer. Soccer Trials USA would then arrange for yourself and the soccer organization to discuss their interest. However, we would always ask you to keep us informed of any developments. Should you ever require advice on contracts or legal matters please contact footballcv.com who in turn can recommend a suitable company to ask for advice.

Over the years many members have received interest from a soccer organization and have subsequently gone on for further trials or signed for the soccer organization. (see our Success Stories for examples). It is extremely difficult to get one soccer organization scout to watch you, so to have several can be very productive.

The scouts themselves find the Trials Days very useful as they get to see over 100 players of different age groups in one day. This is also a fantastic opportunity to have some of England's top soccer organizations come and watch you.
