FOOTBALLCV MEMBER SIGNS FOR FARSLEY
Blue Square North club Farsley Celtic have signed FootballCV.com Member Tom Hirst after a period on trial at Throstle Nest. The right-back was on Bradford City's books as a youngster and was a trainee with Rotherham United and has also had a spell at Hull City and more recently he has been training with Ilkeston Town.
He signed professional terms with Blue Square Premier side York City in September 2008 as an 18-year-old.
However, in January 2009 Farsley's league rivals Harrogate Town signed Hirst on a trial basis that led to being offered terms until the end of last season.
