PETER MALLINGER | CHAIRMAN
Current Chairman of Corby Town Football Club having previously been Chairman of Kettering Town Football Club for twelve years. Previously a director and vice-chairman of Newcastle United FC. Founded Newarke Wools Limited in 1961 as a market stall business which developed into 28 retail units throughout the country generating a £6 million turnover.
GRAHAM STARMER | MANAGING DIRECTOR
One of the founders and directors of footballcv.com since it's inception in 2000. Previously Club Secretary of Kettering Town Football Club having been Sport and Leisure Services Manager at the University College Northampton for six years. Director of Burndine Sales and Services, a family business whose main activity is business and management consultancy and is also involved in property management and investment.
DAVID MALLINGER | DIRECTOR
Currently residing in Alabama USA. Managing Director of Turnstile Limited distributing sporting goods and outdoor toys to the retail sport and toy sectors in the United Kingdom and via third party distributors world-wide. Invented and developed the Kickmaster soccer brand in the UK from zero to annual sales of £2 million. Previously involved as a company director in the family business, Newarke Wools Limited, until its sale in 1987.
KEVIN WILSON | MANAGER
Kevin is a former Northern Irish International footballer who played over 40 games for his country scoring 6 goals in the late 80’s and early 90’s. Having signed for his home-town team Derby County as a young professional, Kevin went on to make over 700 professional games for Ipswich Town, Chelsea, Notts County, Walsall and Northampton Town. He scored 200 career goals and was Chelsea’s Supporters Player of the Year in 1990.
Following over 15 years as a player, Kevin made the step into professional coaching and management, working for a number of teams such as Walsall, Northampton Town, Bristol Rovers, Bedford Town, Aylesbury United, Kettering Town and Hucknall Town. In the 1999/2000 season he won promotion for Northampton Town into the First Division.
Kevin has also gained the prestigious UEFA ‘A’ Coaching Licence in 2000 and Certificate in Applied Management in conjunction with the League Managers Association and the Professional Footballers Association. He is currently undertaking Europe's top coaching award, the UEFA Pro Licence, which Managers must now possess if they are to manage in the top divisions of countries such as Spain, Italy, Germany, France and England.
KEVIN HARMER | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND EVENTS
Kevin joined the company in the Summer of 2006 following a stint as Club Secretary of a Conference Football Club. He previously attained a B.A Honours in Physical Education and Sport backed up with a Level One F.A Coaching badge, Emergency Aid Certificate, Child Protection Certificate and CRB check. Kevin has previous experience co-ordinating numerous camps and football events and will be present at most footballcv.com events.
MARTIS HARRIS | DEVELOPMENT OFFICER AND COACH
Martin has worked for footballcv.com for over five years as a coach but joined on a full-time basis in 2007 to aid in the development of the business. Martin is a holder of the FA Coaching Certificate, Basic Treatmnent of Injury and has gained qualifications in SAQ. Martin started his coaching career at a local junior team managing and coaching youth teams at most age groups before moving onto work at Kettering Town FC. During his nine seasons at Kettering, he has worked with age groups from U10's up to and including the U18's. Whilst at the club he has been Assistant Development Officer, during which time he was fully responsible for the development of it's Junior teams from the U12's to the U16's. Martin then moved on to work within the backroom staff for the Senior Team at Kettering Town, working with the likes of Paul Gascoigne, Paul Davies and Ron Atkinson. In 2005 Martin flew to American and spent a period of time coaching in Chicago, Detriot, Indianapolis and Milwaukee. He too holds the Child Protection Certificate and CRB check.
DANNY NICHOLLS | COACH
Danny has previously managed Hemel Hempstead Town Football Club in the Southern Premier League. In recent years he has also coached at Northampton Town and Kettering Town and as a player played at semi-pro level for Bedford Town and Marlow. Danny holds the UEFA 'A' licence. In addition to this he is a Level One Educator, First Aider and has completed the Child Protection Course and CRB check.
RICHARD SCOTT | COACH
Richard began his playing career at Birmingham City before spells at numerous clubs including Peterborough United, Shrewsbury Town and Stevenage Borough amongst others. Since his playing days Richard has gained his UEFA 'B' Coaching Badge along with the FA's SAQ Certificate, First Aid and CRB. He has run soccer schools for several years now.
TOM FEHLER | EVENTS COORDINATOR
Tom joined the company in April 2009. He has previously achieved a BA (Hons) in Sport and Leisure Studies at Leeds Metropolitan University. He has his Level One F.A Coaching qualification, Emergency Aid Certificate, Child Protection Certificate and is fully CRB checked. Tom will be present at most FootballCV events.
LIAM NORTON | ASSISTANT
Liam joined the company in November 2007 having worked at a national children's camp and activity company. Liam has also completed the FA's Child Protection workshop, the FA's Criminal Record Bureau, The FA Junior Team Manager's Certificate and Emergency Aid.
PETE WILSON | ASSISTANT
Pete is an experienced Level 5 referee, with over 20 years experience officiating both youth and senior level football matches. Pete has been with FootballCV for a number of years, assisting in areas such as pre-match warm-up's and match day programme sales. Pete is fully CRB checked and holds a current Emergency Aid certificate.
CHRIS PALMER | PHYSIOTHERAPIST
A qualified Sports Therapist and Sports Masseur, having trained at the 'Medical Centre of Excellence' at Lilleshall before going on to gain a degree in 'Sports Therapist' at Salford University. He has worked in the sports injury/rehabilitation departments at a number of both professional and semi professional football clubs, such as Cambridge City, Luton Town, Norwich City, Kettering Town, Rushden & Diamonds and Spalding United.
Chris is also a qualified football coach, currently undertaking his UEFA 'B' licence coaching badge.
MATT BELL | KIT MAN
Matthew is a talented athlete who has represented Great Britain and England in international hammer throwing events. He is fully CRB checked and holds a current Emergency Aid certificate and will manage all playing kit requirements at FootballCV events.
